Lagoonarium
There is an interesting tourist attraction on the south side of Tahiti. It's called the Tahiti Lagoonarium and it's entertaining and fun for the whole family. Like fish? That's what it's all about.
It's a combination fish park/ aquarium sort of thing. You'll walk along a boardwalk and enter into one of two plaster "shark mouths" and descend into the underwater "body" of the shark. The walls are all glass, and you'll see a myriad of different species of fish the Tahitian waters have to offer.
So as to not devour each other, the managers have the creatures divided into 4 different enclosures of compatible species. From the boardwalk outside, you can see the fish from above and get a true feeling of their actual size. From the underwater glass walls below, you can see their amazing details.
